Shipping policy
Shipping within Australia
- Flat rate of $10 on all online orders.
- Free shipping on orders over $199.
- Local delivery: $5 if you live within 5km of our West Melbourne studio. The option appears at checkout when your address qualifies.
- We don't offer pickup.
- Freight offers, when we run them, apply automatically in your cart.
- If nobody's home, the driver will leave your parcel somewhere safe. If there's nowhere safe, they'll leave a card and either redeliver or take it to your local post office.
International shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- Free international shipping on orders over $299.
- We choose the quickest, most cost effective option, carbon neutral where possible. Australia Post currently estimates around 25 business days for international delivery.
When will my order leave the studio?
- Ready to ship pieces: 1 to 2 days.
- Made to order pieces: 5 to 10 business days.
- Made to order with fabric to order: 20 to 30 business days, depending on when the fabric arrives. The product page will say when this applies.
- Custom orders start once we've confirmed your measurements. Peak times can add a little extra.
Tracking your order
- We'll email you when your order is ready to ship.
- Once Sendle or Australia Post collects it, they'll send tracking and an estimated delivery time.

Packaging
Online orders ship plastic free, and every part of the packaging is reusable, recyclable or compostable. The occasional bit of sticky tape sneaks in, but only when it really has to.
