Tips on how to measure

Basically you want to get the measurement for the widest and smallest parts of your body - find a flexible measuring tape or some string which you can then measure against a rigid ruler.

Bust - you want to measure the fullest part of your top and the tape should just rest across rather than pulled tight (it is usually across your nipple line) make sure the tape is parallel to the floor all the way around

Waist - Measure your natural waistline - which is the slimmest part of the torso - So this is a reference measure - not where you want your pants to sit - if you are unsure stand in front of a mirror and bend to one side - where you bend you can see the natural indentation so congrats you found your natural waist - measure all the way around this - keeping the tape flush against the body and relaxed

Hips - Measure circumference of seat at the fullest part of your hips
